Notice of Public Hearing
In accordance with Utah Code Section 17B-1-410, notice is hereby provided that the Four Mile Special Service District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on April 12, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., in the Harrisville City Legislative Chambers located at 363 West Independence Blvd., Harrisville, Utah, to take public comment for and against the proposed Resolution 22-06; Warren Hollow Annexation, an annexation of 10.317 acres of property located at approximately 175 East Larsen Lane into the Four Mile Special Service District. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify the City Recorder at 801-782-4100 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
