Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 14, 2022, as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposal by the Property Owner, Columbia Development Corp. to amend the Holladay Zone Map for approximately .89 acres of property located at 2225 E Murray Holladay Rd. Holladay. from the current Residential Multi-Family (RM) to Professional Office (PO) zone. The proposal is available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
