- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on April 12, 2022, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows. The Planning Commission will receive public comments on the following projects: - Austin Variance. A variance request to allow a six-foot privacy fence in the front yard of a property located at 2087 E Sycamore Drive, Parcel 45:459:0540; and - Wasatch Wing and Clay. A request to add the Shooting Range Overlay Zone to approximately 163 acres and a Site Plan for an outdoor shooting range, Parcels 59:050:0009, 59:074:0007, and 59:074:0008. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
