NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 5. NEW BUSINESS. a. Boyce Sanderson - Inquiry concerning the placement of a steel building on one of his properties. 6. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Mayor Chris Dever - Review & Discussion of Planning Commission Handbook. b. Review and Discussion of Building Permits Regulations, Performance Bonds and Contractor Checklists. c. Discussion on Subdivision Ordinance. d. Discussion of Master Plan amendments. 7. ADJOURNMENT.
