- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a petition for annexation has been filed with Spanish Fork City, which petition has been certified as of March 29, 2022, which petition covers 70.75+/- acres consisting of property owned by RDG LLC (parcel # 24:048:0010), Daniel and Karrie Birchett (parcel # 24:048:0008), Jacob and Jacquelyn Nostrom (parcel # 24:048:0007), FTJ Development LLC (parcel # 24:048:0036), ACJ Investments LLC (parcel # 24:053:0030; 24:053:0006; 24:053:0004; 24:053:0032; 24:048:0039), Michael Provstgaard (ET AL) (parcel # 24:053:0029; 24:048:0037), located at approximately 5700 South 650 West, Utah County. The complete petition and accompanying map are available for inspection and copying at the Spanish Fork City Office, located at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Spanish Fork City may grant the petition unless a written protest is filed with the Utah County Boundary Commission, Attn: Alice Black, 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah 84606and Spanish Fork City at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660 on or before May 19, 2022. Those entitled to protest must be the Legislative body or governing board of an affected entity or owner of rural real property defined in ยง17B-2a-1107.
