PUBLIC NOTICE
The Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will hold a Public Hearing on April 18, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. during the regularly scheduled Fire District Meeting in order to receive public comment regarding application for funding to the Community Impact Board (CIB) for purchase of new fire trucks; to be proposed as 60% grant and 40% loan. This public hearing will take place during the regularly scheduled Fire District Meeting held in the Box Room of the Emery County Administration Building, located at 75 E Main Street, Castle Dale.

Public Notice is hereby given that the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will meet at 5:30 p.m.
April 18, 2022, in the Emery County Building located at 75 E Main St. Castle Dale, Utah in the Box Room
1. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding the Permanent Community Impact Board (CIB) Application for funding for the purchase of four (4) Fire Trucks for Emery County. This application will require a bond component. Emery County's request will be for a 60% grant, a 40% loan of the total cost of four Fire Trucks.
