DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Site Plan
A. AGGIE. The proposal involves development of an industrial site located at 751 West 3800 North.
2. Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan
A. SUVSWD ENVIRONMENTAL RECOVERY AND TRANSFER CENTER. The proposal involves industrial development of a site and approval of a Conditional Use for a Solid Waste Transfer Facility to be located at approximately 3450 North 400 West.
3. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat
A. MODERA. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to R-4 and Commercial-2 along with a Master Planned Development located in the vicinity of 2000 West 1900 South.
4. Final Plat
A. RIVER RUN TOWNHOMES PLAT A. The proposal requests amending the existing approval for townhomes in a recorded Final Plat located at approximately 200 East South Lane.
5. Concept Review
A. ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION.
B. FAIRGROUNDS PARKING LOT.
6. Discussion
A. CENTRAL UTAH WATER.
