Proposed 6.0 WATER HAULING (without showing edits)
6.1 Water hauling is prohibited for commercial use, including use for short-term rental properties.
6.2 Unless prohibited by a local municipality or county, water hauling may be deemed an approved water source for residential and recreational properties which have access less than 180 days per calendar year.
6.3 Any hauled water shall be drawn from a public water system rated 'Approved' by the Utah Department of Environmental Quality - Division of Drinking Water; and follow parameters identified in the Department of Environmental Quality - Division of Drinking Water Guidance for Hauling Drinking Water document.
