Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Please be advised that on March 24, 2022, the City Council of the City of St George approved the following ordinance(s): Ordinance No. 2022-03-002 changing the zone from Agriculture, minimum lot size 40,000 sf (A) to Residential Estates, minimum lot size 37,500 sf (RE-37.5) and Residential Estates, minimum lot size 20,000 sf (RE-20) on approximately 16.47 acres located on the south side of 2450 South Street at Crimson Cliffs Way to be known as Venture Estates. Ordinance No. 2022-03-003 amending the Tonaquint Center Planned Development Residential (PD-C) zone to add 'Construction trade services, plumbing shop, electrical shop, etc.' as a permitted use for the Riverwoods Business Park on approximately 1.56 acres located at 904 West 1600 South Street to be known as Riverwoods Business Park at Tonaquint Center. Ordinance No. 2022-03-004 amending and adopting fees for various services and recreational facilities (amend entrance fees for the St. George Marathon).
