PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on a petition to vacate the following utility easements on parcels to be included in the new Brigham Vista Subdivision Phase 1: 1. The east 10 ft wide utility easement and south 8 ft wide utility easement on Lot 2, Block 4, Hyland Terrace Plat I (1147 S. Michelle Dr.) 2. The north 8 ft wide utility easement on Lot 3, Block 4, Hyland Terrace Plat I (1157 S Michelle Dr.) This is a clean-up effort as part of the new subdivision design where new utility easements will be provided with the extension of Skyline Drive into the new referenced subdivision. The public hearing will be held Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available for review during business hours at the Brigham City Community and Economic Development Office (435) 734-6604. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. APPLICATION # 21-093
