- Public Hearing Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing on April 20, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in the City Council Room at 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant. The purpose of the hearing is to receive input from the citizens regarding allowing Planned Unit Developments as a conditional use in commercial zoned property. If you would like to attend this hearing and need assistance, to attend or participate in the hearing, please contact Jeanne Tejada (435) 462-2456 ext. 102, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and she will attempt to accommodate your needs.
