- Notice of a Public Hearing The Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, April 6, at 6:00 p.m. Conditional Use Permit: - SUVSWD Environmental Recovery and Transfer Center. The proposal involves granting a conditional use permit to South Utah Valley Solid Waste District for the operation of a Solid Waste Transfer Facility on property at 3450 North 400 West. The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, April 6, and Tuesday, April 19, at 6:00 p.m. Zone Map amendment: - MODERA. The proposal involves changing the current zone from Rural Residential to R-4 and Commercial-2 for property in the vicinity of 2000 West 1900 South. Construction Standards: - Construction Standard 22-02. The proposal is modifications to the City's current construction plans. General Plan Amendment: - Transportation Master Plan. The proposal is for changes to the Transportation Master Plan, which is an element of the City's General Plan. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
