REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify qualified individuals and/or firms to prepare the IFFP and IFA, and draft an updated Impact Fee Ordinance. At this time, the City has not made a final determination to move forward with the project. Submittals received in response to this request for Qualifications will be part of the decision making process by the City. QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN: 5:00 p.m., April 1, 2022. Submittals received after this time will not be evaluated. Submittal Process: Respondents must submit one (1) original and an electronic copy in Word format of the submittal to: Impact Fee Request for Qualifications Attn: Christina Boss, City Recorder cboss@bcutah.org Brigham City Hall 20 N.
