NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, March 25th, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. The scheduled meeting will begin at 2 P.M. 1) 7:00 p.m. Invocation 2) Adjourn 3) Closed session for professional confidence *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours' notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
