'The South Jordan Senior Advisory Committee is dedicated to helping promote the interests of older adults and their families in the community by helping Senior Programs provide a creative and informational environment where older adults can engage in social activities, by sustaining and improving the quality of health, well-being and safety and supporting the fulfillment of older adult needs in the community.'

2. Committee Structure (Mick)
a. Acknowledge and welcome new members, introduce existing members.
b. Go over the Mission & vision of the Committee.
c. Role of City Staff in relation to the Committee. (Jamie)
d. Committee connection with Senior Programs and our partnership with Salt Lake County Aging and Adult Services. (Jamie)
e. Format of meetings
i. Meet once a month (discuss time), other time commitments will be discussed/assigned in the monthly meetings.
ii. Submit items to add to the agenda by one week before the meeting. Submit to Mick or Jamie (verbally, email, etc.), we will stick to the agenda in the meetings so that we can operate within time allotted.

3. City Council Meeting Report: (Councilman Shelton)
4. Old Business: (Mick)
a. Recruiting more members to add to the committee.
i. We are now art 6 members, can have up to 12. (Jamie)
b. Sign cards for past members Pat, Vivian & Anna.
c. Pi day on 3/14/22. Purchased 4 pies and 2 gallons of vanilla ice cream for 'Pi Day'. Served to in-person lunch attendees. Served approximately 30.
d. Air Fryer for the kitchen. A large one was purchased for the kitchen at half the cost discussed.
5. New Business: (Mick)
a. Spring Banquet. Thursday, April 21, 2022 (Jamie)
i. Would the committee like to sponsor this event and supply the following
1. prizes for attendees in place of asking for donations from local organizations
2. pay for entertainment
b. Bingo
i. Would the committee like to sponsor Bingo on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 possibly using an experimental game plan to see if patrons like it?
c. New members will be officially appointed at the next City Council Meeting on April 5.

1. refund of the keychains (refunded whole amount $784.00)
