Notice is hereby given that Mayfield Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss the following zoning matters:
Rezoning Mayfield from R-2-20,000 Residential Zone and changing to RR-1-20,000 Rural Residential Zone.
Creating an ordinance requiring zoning permits for any property changes within the Town.
Amending Chapter 18.08.020 Definitions of Animal Unit to designate chickens exclusive of other animal unit quantities.
Mayfield Town will solicit comments concerning the changes to the zoning ordinance. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
The hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mayfield Town Hall, 52 North Main, Mayfield, Utah 84643.
