Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 22-05 Notice is hereby given that on March 17, 2022, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 22-05, amending Brigham City Code Chapters 29.12 Residential and Multiple Residential Districts and Chapter 29.05 Supplementary and Qualifying Regulation to Address Height Regulations and Story Exceptions for accessory buildings on sloping sites. The Ordinance shall take effect on March 22, 2022. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
