The Hyde Park City Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings to consider: Administrative item: 1. CEDAR BLUFF SUBDIVISION PHASE 2 PRELIMINARY PLAT - Six Alphas submitted a plat for 45 lots at 100 N 900 E on 21.09 acres in a residential zone (RE-20), using the Bonus Density Option. See HPC Code section 13.30.030. Parcel IDs: 04-043-0023/24 Legislative items: 2. KIM KREBS ANNEXATION - Kim Krebs applied to annex the remaining part of their parcel into Hyde Park City limits. He requests 1.39 acres (plus 0.64 acres for the road), located south of 600 S, at about 500 E, be zoned residential (RE-20). Krebs' Parcel ID: 04-045-0020, HPC Parcel ID: 04-051-0053 3. THURSTON REZONE - Stephen and Janet Thurston applied to rezone 38.84 acres at 100 S 1100 E from agricultural (A-1) to residential (RE-20). See HPC Code section 12.100 Zones.
