- A. CALL TO ORDER B. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. PRIORITIZATON CRITIERIA DEVELOPMENT. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Committee will develop a prioritization criteria list to be applied to trail projects. 2. TRAIL PRIORITIZATION. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Committee will prioritize a list of trail projects and populate the 'Recommendations' section of the Trails Master Plan. 3. OTHER MATTERS. C.
