MEADOW TOWN CORP. ___________________________________________________ PO BOX 88 MEADOW, UT 84644 Pursuant to the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, public notice is hereby given that Meadow Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday March 22, 2022 at 7:00pm at the Meadow Town Firehouse. The agenda shall be as follows: Opening Ceremonies (three-minute limit) Review of minutes-February 15, 2022 Declaration of conflicts with or personal interest in any agenda items Public comments; (This time is set aside for the public to express their ideas, concerns, and comments (limited to three minutes per person) Carlie Dearden: Student trip sponsorship request Dan Rowley: Car show sponsorship request Other: Issues and or matters to be discussed and expressed by the public. Limited to three minutes per person. Accounting Reports Review and approve payments Administrative Millard Library: Decision to continue annual sponsorship ($300) Electrical Department UAMPS, Eric Larsen: Presentation on potential future power source(s). IPA Prefund agreement discussion/decision Electrical shutoff contract/process: Proposed Fee Adjustment Water Department Proposal to purchase 42 ac/ft (78 domestic connections) for $300,000 Road Department Parks and Cemetery Park employee status. Fire Department Planning and Zoning Building permits Other business Closed Session (UCA 52-4-205 & 205) to discuss one or more of the following (if necessary): The character, professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual; collective bargaining; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares; the sale of real property, including any form of water rights or water shares; deployment of security personnel, devices or systems; investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct; contract negotiations, the disclosure of which would be detrimental to the city's bargaining position.
