- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday April 6, 2022 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval of the concept plan for the Pallets of Utah consisting of 4 lots total, located at approximately 4300 South 3000 West. Tax Id. #11-091-0010
