Riverton City Invitation for Bid CC22-408 1300 West Frontage Improvement Project, Phase 2 (13000 South to Bermuda Lane) Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the 1300 West Frontage Improvement Project, Phase 2 (13000 South to Bermuda Lane). The improvements to 1300 West will include: ~7,040 SF of asphalt roadway; ~510 LF of concrete curb & gutter; ~3,500 SF 6' thick concrete sidewalk; ~1000 SF concrete driveways; ~315 SF concrete waterway and transition structure; ~335 LF concrete landscape curbing; ~1300 SF rock mulch; ~20 LF of 15' RCP storm drain pipe; two (2) storm drain catch basins and two (2) storm drain manholes; installation of five (5) secondary water meters and one (1) culinary water meter; relocate and adjust utilities to grade; pavement markings; street sign and other items included as specified. Sealed bids will be due by 2:00 pm on April 14, 2022, and may be turned in at the Purchasing Office, located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah 84065, or may be submitted electronically at bid.submittal@rivertoncity.com. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at approximately 2:01 pm. Bidders registered on the plan holder's list, may request to attend the opening via Zoom meeting by sending a request to the purchasing department, ccalvert@rivertonutah.gov. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. An electronic format of the bid package, including project plans and specifications may be obtained through the purchasing website after March 23, 2022: https://www.rivertonutah.gov/purchasing/solicitations.php

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
