NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSES AMERICAN FORK CITY Notice is hereby given that American Fork City intends to propose and/or amend its impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analyses. The impact fees to be considered may be assessed to new development and used to offset the cost of capital facilities to serve new development. These updated impact fee analyses will include culinary water, pressurized irrigation, sanitary sewer, parks & recreation, storm drainage, roadways, fire, and police. The proposed capital facilities will be located in American Fork City and the impact fee service area will encompass the incorporated boundaries of American Fork City. The general public and those receiving this notice are invited to provide information to be considered in proposing or amending the fee analyses and facilities plans. Information is requested from recipients concerning impacts that the proposed facilities may have on the recipient. Additionally, information is requested regarding facilities or land uses that the recipient may consider in conflict with the proposed facilities or impact fee facilities plans.
