MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2022 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Election of 2022 Chair and Vice-chair. 4. Oath of Office for Appointed Officials. 5. Public Hearing on amending the Zoning Map from A-1 to ITZ at 445 North 1500 West: Ironside Holdings. 6. Discussion/action on Public Hearing. 7. Discussion/action on Site Plan for Professional Offices at 445 North 1500 West: Ironside Holdings. 8. Discussion/action for amended Site Plan and expansion of non-conforming use at 1878 West 700 South by Gary Ellis. 9. Discussion/action on amended Conditional Use Site Plan for ConRock at 1200 South 1900 West. 10. Annual Training: a. Rules of Procedure and Ethics. b. Annual Ethics Pledge and Disclosure Statement. c. Open and Public Meetings Act. d. Workplace Non-discrimination and Policies. e. Storm Water Education for Local Officials. 11. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via email to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about November 10, 2021. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
