Pleasant Grove Historic Preservation Commission Agenda Excused: Geri Taylor Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve meeting minutes: Welcome New City Council Representative - Dianna Andersen Presentation from Preservation Utah 1. Presentation from David Amott, Executive Director of Preservation Utah 2. Question-and-answer session with David Amott Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports 1. Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Chris Schow) 1. Scott Darrington posted the RFP (Request for Proposal) for work on the Old Town Hall. When he receives responses, he will contact us to be part of the review committee. 2. Who would like to attend the Preservation Utah/SHPO Conference on April 29 (8 AM to 5 PM)? 3. Update on potential project for Preservation Month (May)? Archives (Karen Harbold) Next inventory session is 13 April at 4:30 PM. History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) Monthly status report of the Volume 2 edit of the PG history book: Placing last pictures. Will get drafts made for review in April by Jeanne, Karen, Geri, the Schows, Sheri, and Linda. Community Outreach (Denise Trickler) Recap of the Historic Home Owners' Workshop on March 16. Other Business Items 1. Updates from Jeanne about the Gurr properties. 2. Adjourn meeting and turn time over to Stacy Martineau for Heritage Festival business. Next meeting: Thursday, April 21, 7 PM
