Roll Call - Chair 2. Approval of the minutes - Chair A. Review and Approval of March 10, 2022 EDLF Minutes EDLF Committee members will review the March 10th, 2022 minutes and consider for approval. 3. Review and Recommend Mindful Wellness Loan - Chair A. EDLF Committee members will vote to recommend loan evaluation results for Mindful Wellness presented on March 10th, 2022 to Council 4. Approval Addition to Committee Bylaws - Roberta Reichgelt A. DED Staff will review updates/additions to loan committee bylaws. EDLF Committee members will vote to approve updated bylaws. 5. Review and Recommend The Current Exchange Loan - William Wright A. Staff will present the loan packet for Salt Lake City business, The Current Exchange, and answer loan committee questions. The will be a 10 minute break to tally the evaluation forms. B. EDLF Committee members will review the evaluation score for The Current Exchange loan and vote to recommend results to Council 6. Adjournment - Chair
