NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. The scheduled meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. 1) 7:00 p.m. Invocation 2) Acknowledgement of service for 4 years of service with planning and zoning. - Karen Prisbrey and Jay Clayton 3) Discussion with proposed approval for a home occupancy business license, Skyline Heating and Cooling -Bryant Brown 4) Discussion and proposed approval for final subdivision application and trade agreement for Rocky Point Estates located at 500 West Center Street- Joshua Flake 5) Presentation and discussion, Rocky Mountain Home Fund Affordable Housing- Dan Davies 6) Discussion of code enforcements; trailer park, parked cars, camping- Stella Hill 7) Update and proposed approval re 2022 road project, bid review, funding needs assessment and options for additional funding through modification of current grant/loan with CIB for funds needed to complete road project as bid and opportunity to add funds to match $300,000 state grant for industrial park expansion. 8) Proposed Approval of City Council Minutes for Wednesday February 16, 2022, and Wednesday March 2, 2022. 9) Proposed approval of bills and adjustments 10) Public comment 11) Other business 12) Closed session 13) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours' notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
