- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on 17th of March, 2022 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: - Pledge of Allegiance - Prayer - Roll Call - Approval of Minutes from prior meeting - Report of officers - - Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery and Gun Range - Council Member Tanesha Conder - Town Park - Council Member Morgan Stephens - Buildings - Council Member Eric Wells - Sewer and water - Mayor Jeff Pei - Roads - Treasurer - Jessica Alvey - Clerk - Lisa Wells - Budget training - Planning & Zoning - approval of brochure and recommendation to council to adopt Wayne County 2011 Zoning ordinance - Tabled Business: Triple R. Management - request commitment from the Town of Hanksville to access the town water system to provide water to 20 lots in a new subdivision Sara & Caleb Bradbury - request to release a public utility easement on their property - New Business: - Public Comment: - Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-4 Dated this 15th day of March, 2022 Lisa J.
