2022 ELECTION NOTICE FOR
OVERSEAS & MILITARY VOTERS
I, JoAnn Evans, Duchesne County Clerk hereby give notice pursuant to Utah Election Code
20A-16-502; the following offices are expected to be on the ballot for the General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022:
United States House of Representatives Congressional District #3 (two-year term)
Utah State Senate District # 20 (four-year term)
Utah State House of Representatives District(s) #67 and 68 (two-year term)
Unopposed Retention for one (1) Eighth District, District Court Judge
Unopposed Retention for one (1) Eighth District, Juvenile Court Judge
Unopposed Retention for one (1) Duchesne County Justice Court Judge
Duchesne County Commissioner Seat (A) (four-year term)
Duchesne County Commissioner Seat (B) (four-year term)
Duchesne County Clerk-Auditor (four-year term)
Duchesne County Sheriff (four-year term)
Duchesne County Attorney (four-year term)
Duchesne County School Board Voting District #1 (four-year term)
Duchesne County School Board Voting District #2 (four-year term)
Duchesne County School Board Voting District #3 (four-year term)
Pursuant to Utah Election Code 20A-16-401, a military or overseas voter may use the electronic transmission system or any other approved method to apply for a military-overseas ballot by the Friday immediately before the election.
