PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of Levan Town, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a special meeting on Wednesday March 16, 2022, at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah, at 7:00 PM. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of business may change as time permits. SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING: 1. Opening Business: Welcome Roll Call Prayer Pledge of Allegiance 2. Action Items: a. Approval of past Minutes: -March 2, 2022- Public Hearing -March 2, 2022- Regular Meeting 3. Reports: Office Issued Permits: Stowell - Shop/Garage 4. Discussion Items: a. Accessory Dwelling Unit b. Subdivision Ordinance 5. Adjourn: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Levan Town will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
