NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT during the Rush Valley Town Council regular meeting on January 26, 2022 the Town Council adopted Ordinance 2022-01, amending the town's variance section in the Land Use Development and Management Code. This ordinance is to clarify the procedure to be followed for variances to be granted.
