WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on March 22, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on April 5, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 South Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #Z-4-2022, filed by Jake Larsen To amend the zoning map of West Valley City, Utah by reclassifying the following described property from R-1-10 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 10,000 square feet) to C-2 (General Commercial). The property is located at 2858 South 5600 West on 0.05 acres The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 14th day of March 2022.
