- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on March 22, 2022, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows. The Planning Commission will receive public comments on the following projects: - Saddle Junction. A Rezone of approximately 1.5 acres to the CC Zone, Parcel 58:033:0297; - Rose Ranch. A Rezone to the R3 and RC Zones, Preliminary Plat, and Site Plan for a 239-unit development located on approximately 79.85 acres, Parcel 59:043:0016; and - Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center Lot 6 Pad C2. A Site Plan located on approximately 0.45 acres, Parcel 67:122:0006. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
