- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Altitude Loft Condominiums Condominium Plat 4123 N Forestdale Drive Approximately 1.38 acres Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission, in accordance with section 10-3-8 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly make a recommendation regarding a proposed condominium plat on the aforementioned property. The applicant, Bill Turoczy, is requesting to create an eleven (11) unit Commercial Condominium. The public hearing will be held electronically, via Zoom, on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, beginning at 6:00 p.m. If you prefer, County staff will be available, in person, at the anchor location which is the Sheldon Richins Building Auditorium, (1885 West Ute Blvd, Park City, Utah 84098) to assist you in viewing the meeting and providing comments.
