Approve Minutes: January 19, 2022 III. Business: 1. Discussion on possible changes to the Confluence Park Interlocal Agreement. 2. Status update on the Confluence Park bridge project. 3. Nomination of power plant to the National Register of Historic Places. 4. Discuss possible roof repairs at the power plant and dairy. 5. Discuss ADA trail proposal as a part of Zion Corridor. 6. Update on proposed land exchange. 7. Other projects IV. Public Concerns for Board Consideration: Identification of issues for consideration of future meetings V. Board Members Concerns: VI.
