- LEWISTON CITY Planning and Zoning Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a P&Z Meeting on the 1st day of March 2022 at the Lewiston City Council Room at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening remarks - Minutes from February 1st only available as recording at this time - will approve at next Commission meeting. 2. Business - Tailer Olsen - Business License Application/Approval Home based business 522 N 400 E - Baldwin Estates Update - Developer Subdivision Deposit has been paid - Platinum Construction, LLC - SFD - Discussion - 326 N Main St - Ritewood - Dave Jensen - Building Permit for Manure Shed Approval - Daniel Tanner - Temporary Dwelling 819 N 2400 W Approval - Reed Zaugg & Joe Cann - Lot line adjustment discussion 3. Other Business - Chairman - Town Business o Business Park - Phase 3 - Discussion Zoning for current and future use Setback designation - P&Z Administrator 4.
