- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. to hear comments concerning: 1) A request from Charlotte Johnson, of 560 River Heights Blvd, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit, to keep three dogs and, 2) A request from Curtis and Margie Oakden, of 676 Summerwild Ave, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit, to keep four dogs. The hearings will be held in person or through Zoom. Written comment can be addressed to Commission Chair Noel Cooley and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
