. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval the preliminary plan for the 300 North Subdivision consisting of 5 lots total, located at approximately 290 North 100 East. Tax Id. #11-083-0009 b. The Council shall receive public input and review the upcoming pressurized water system for the Wellsville Irrigation Company. 9. Jennifer Stuart - Business License 10. History Committee - Discuss History Committee progress 2021-2022 11. Continue the discussion and consider for approval an amendment 2022-03, to Title 11 Chapter 1-12 'Variances, Exceptions and Waiver of Conditions' and 2022-04 amend Title 11 Chapter 2-1 & Title 10 Chapter 62 'Definitions of Words'. 12. Review for possible acceptance a resolution 2022-05 accepting an annexation petition for further consideration from Steve Kyriopoulos, Marshall Lindsay, Thomas Maughan & Wellsville City that 24.43 +/- acres located Northeast of Wellsville at approximately 600 East Main, to be annexed into the corporate limits of Wellsville City. 13. Discuss for the approval of the new Wellsville City Judge 14. Discuss Daniel Coleman sewer line extension along 200 East 15. Scott Wells - Discuss 2022-2023 Budget 16. Department reports 17. City Manager/Recorders report
