NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. 1. Invocation 2. 7: P.M. Welcome new planning and zoning committee member Holly Bown 3. Preliminary plan for subdivision at approximately 400 West 300 North, West Hills Estate- John Mogle 4. Discussion and possible approval for P-2 permit use application for Applied Composite Technology Aerospace addition to add a cover over new Autoclave, at 425 North 400 North, -Kayle Cowan 5. Discussion with possible approval for a home occupancy business license, Skyline Heating and Cooling -Bryant Brown 6. Approve minutes for January 26th and February 9th 7.
