Description/Agenda

The Redevelopment Agency of Midvale City ('RDA') and Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District ('District') executed an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement ('Agreement') on 6/15/2021. Pursuant to the Agreement, the District agrees and consents that the RDA shall be entitled to retain up to sixty percent of the District's portion of the tax increment from the Main Street Community Development Area's Project Area for twenty years or until a cap amount is reached, whichever comes first. Copies of the Agreement in its entirety are available for the public at the Midvale City Recorder's office location, 7505 S. Holden St., Midvale, Utah, 84047, during regular business hours. This notice fulfills the requirements listed in Utah State Code Section 17C-4-202 and triggers the Agreement's effect date. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Board Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Board Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Board Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Board Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
