DETERMINATION OF THE CHAIR OF THE TRAILS COMMITTEE OF THE STAKEHOLDERS COUNCIL OF THE CENTRAL WASATCH COMMISSION CONCERNING AN ANCHOR LOCATION
PURSUANT TO Utah Code Ann. 52-4-207(4), I, as the Chair of the Trails Committee of the Stakeholders Council of the Central Wasatch Commission ('CWC'), hereby determine that conducting meetings at any time during the next 30 days at an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location. Although the number of new cases of COVID-19 may be diminishing, the pandemic remains in effect with hospitals near capacity, and continued vigilance for at least the next 30 days seems warranted to avoid another surge in cases which could again threaten to overwhelm Utah's healthcare system.
DATED March 10, 2022
John Knoblock
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
