PARAGONAH TOWN REGULAR MEETING 44 NORTH 100 WEST, PARAGONAH TOWN HALL March 9, 2022 - 7:00 P.M AGENDA Pledge 1. Call meeting to order - Todd Robinson, Mayor 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Adopt Agenda - By Motion 4. Approve minutes of February 9, 2022, Regular Town Board meeting - By Motion 5. Follow up and make decision concerning leasing town water - By Motion 6. Resolution to appoint Emergency Preparedness manager for Paragonah Town - By Motion 7. Discuss and make decision concerning charging a $25 fine each month to those who have meters that are inaccessible due to locked gates, dogs, etc. (This would not apply to those who call their meter readings in at the end of the month). - By Motion 8. Mayor's Report - Todd Robinson 9. Water Report - Mike Abbott a) Job opening for Water Meter reader. 10. Power/Fire Department Reports - Travis Isaacson 11. Planning and Zoning/Cemetery Reports - Marge Cipkar a) Appoint Kevin Guyton to serve another term on the Planning and Zoning Committee - By Motion 12. Roads/Building/Park Reports - Tom Milk a) Answer building questions: 1. Greg and Vicki Hicks lot on Center Street -part of the lot is in Town and part is in the County. If property is annexed will the town accept Canal Company water rights? 2. Scott Sullivan - would like to build a large garage and later turn it in to a living space to be used as a part time residence. 13. Open Discussion 14. Approve bills/review financial statements/adjourn meeting.
