DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Site Plan
A. ACTIVE AUTO. The proposal involves commercial development of a site located at 3381 North Main Street.
2. Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan
A. SUVSWD ENVIRONMENTAL RECOVERY AND TRANSFER CENTER. The proposal involves industrial development of a site and approval of a Conditional Use for a Solid Waste Transfer Facility to be located at approximately 3450 North 400 West.
3. Annexation
A. OBERG ANNEXATION. Acceptance of the Oberg Annexation for further study.
4. Concept Review
A. CAR WASH.
5. Title 13 Amendment
A. EXTENSION OF UTILITY SYSTEMS. The proposal involves a revision regarding utility extensions to properties outside of the City.
