- Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Ferron City, Emery County, Utah, will hold the regular Meeting on Tuesday March 8, 2022 commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes dated January 4, 2022, and February 1, 2022 BUSINESS LICENSE/ ZONING CLEARANCE 3. RANDY KENNEY Would like to discuss requirements for cutting the curb and making another access for his property. Would also like to discuss what he would need to do to possibly change fencing requirements for his property. 4. KEVIN AND LYNNE SMITH Zoning Clearance Application 5. COLLIN AND ALEX WORWOOD Business license Application 6. KURT Quonset Hut House 625 North 200 East 7. BLAKE AND JESSICA GREENHALGH Zoning Clearance Application (Review Only) DISCUSSION ITEMS/REVIEW 8. REVIEW OF RV COURT STATUTES 9. OFFICE ITEMS: NEW PAYMENT PROCEDURES FOR COUNCIL MEMBERS AND EMAIL ADDRESSES DISCUSSION. 10. ADJOURNMENT The public is invited to attend all Planning Commission Meetings and Work Sessions.
