- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency Board will hold a Regular Meeting on March 8, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, 115 West Main, Mt. Approval of Minutes - Chairperson - February 8, 2022 Regular CDRA Meeting held at 6:00pm. - February 22, 2022 Special CDRA Meeting held at 4:30pm. 4. Approval of Claims - Chairperson - Invoice Register dated 2/03/2022 to 3/04/2022 in the amount of $18,716.48 5. CDRA Executive Director Report 6. Discussion/Action - Chairperson Olsen - Discussion/Action on the Sale of lots in the Industrial Park. 7. CDRA Chairperson Report 8.
