The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting March 8, 2022, at 6:30p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, UT or can be attended electronically at: 1. Welcome --Mayor 2. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation - Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer 3. Roll Call - Recorder 4. Approval of Minutes - Mayor - February 8, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. - February 22, 2002, Public Hearing Minutes held at 6:00pm. - February 22, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. 5. Approval of Adjustments - Mayor Transaction Register dated 02/01/2022 to 02/28/2022 in the amount of ($19.77). 6. Approval of Claims and Requisitions -- Mayor - Claims Register dated 2/19/2022 to 3/04/2022 in the amount of $195,345.05. - Requisitions as needed 7. Discussion/Action - Mayor - Discussion/Action-Annexations 8. Discussion/Action - Mayor - Resolution 2022-01 A Resolution Amending Resolution 2021-02 A Resolution Establishing Electric Power Rates - Resolution 2022-02 A Resolution Amending Resolution 2019-02 Setting Culinary Water Rates within and Outside of the Municipal Boundaries of Mt. Pleasant City. 9. Discussion/Action - Mayor - Transfer of the Mt Pleasant Industrial Park and all the lots pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City CDRA. 10. Public Participation - Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded. 11. Discussion/Action - Fire Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Fire Department. 12. Discussion/Action -- Public Works Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Public Works Department. 13. Discussion/Action -- Power Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Power Department. 14. Council Reports - Paul C. Madsen - D.
