NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1979 West 1900 South or via Zoom to discuss the following matters: Site Plan called Trico Flex Office at 1771 S. Bluff Ridge Drive on 1.25 acres in the ID Zone.Rezone of 53.649 acres located at 2000 W. SR-193 from A-1 to MXD.Text Amendment to SCC 10.92 by request of Mark Adams to permit Hospitals in the Mixed Use Zone.Text Amendment to SCC 10.30.080 by request of Syracuse City to amend buffer yard requirements.Connect digitally via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83562266123. Comments received by the deadline will be read for a maximum of three minutes each; any unread remainder more than three minutes will be included in the public record. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
