- Notice of Public Hearing As provided by law, the Board of Education of the Ogden City School District, will conduct a public hearing on March 17, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing proposed school closures and boundary adjustments. The following school boundaries may be adjusted: Gramercy Elementary School (presently housing T.O. Smith Elementary School - expected to close, June 2022) Liberty Elementary School (replacing the former T.O.
