Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 22-02 AND 22-03 Notice is hereby given that on March 3, 2022, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 22-02 and 22-03. Ordinance 22-02 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 29.27, Sign Regulations, to include requirements for digital signs and billboards. Ordinance 22-03 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 24.01, Streets and Sidewalks, In General, to repeal the Urban Beautification Commission. The Ordinances shall take effect on March 4, 2022 and March 9, 2022, respectively. A copy of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
