7. MV Properties - Discuss for approval and recommendation to City Council, the preliminary plan for the 300 North subdivision consisting of 5 lots total, located at approximately 290 North 100 East. Tax Id. #11-083-0009
8. Review for possible acceptance a resolution 2022-03 accepting an annexation petition for further consideration from Steve Kyriopoulos, Marshall Lindsay, Thomas Maughan & Wellsville City that 24.43 +/- acres located Northeast of Wellsville at approximately 600 East Main, to be annexed into the corporate limits of Wellsville City.
